Welcome!

Hello out there!

This is my first post on my new blog under my new business name, Marcie Lynn Photography. I am beyond excited to get this started. My amazing boyfriend, Scott, and I have been working our bottoms off. I knew what I wanted (or so I thought) but had no idea how to get it, he knew how to get it and just had to listen to what I wanted. Sounds easy, right? Nope! I am the first to admit that I can be indecisive. I say I want one thing, and then I want it completely different. I spend two weeks designing a logo, and then I decide I don’t like it. But, in the end, I am extremely happy! And, that’s all that matters, right? RIGHT!

I hope you enjoy what I have to share. This blog will be documenting both my personal and professional life as a photographer. Please leave comments and tell me what you think. I love feedback! Good or bad, lay it on me!

This was taken on Halloween while Scott and I were in Lake Tahoe. I sat on the shore with my toes in the sand for an hour looking at this rainbow. It was a surprisingly warm day and I even had my feet in the water for a while. I love this picture and I hope you enjoy it too!
